As a HLTA you will be responsible for: Delivering lessons set out by the class teacher Providing classroom support Supporting pupils’ academic and personal development within EYFS, Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment. Collaborating with teachers and staff to provide tailored support for students. Upholding the school's values and contributing to its positive ethos. Required Skills and Experience: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) qualification (Level 4 or higher). Experience working in a primary school setting within Key Stage 1 (KS1) or Key Stage 2 (KS2). Strong understanding of the National Curriculum. Excellent behaviour management skills. Commitment to ensuring a high standard of education and student development. Previous UK school experience is essential.
