Customer Service Claims Handler Comprehensive training programme to set you up for success Flexible hybrid working—up to 80% from home post-probation 35-hour work week, no unsociable hours, and a fantastic city-centre location About the roleAs a First Notification of Loss Claims Handler, you’ll be the first point of contact for our motor insurance customers when they need to make a claim. This is your chance to make a real difference—listening, supporting, and providing exceptional service during life’s unexpected moments. You’ll work 35 hours a week on a rotational shift pattern: Monday–Friday: Between 8am–8pm Saturday: 9am–2pm (roughly 1 in every 6 Saturdays) Our industry-leading training combines classroom learning and hands-on experience to help you confidently handle motor claims and general insurance queries. Unlike a typical call centre, we focus on understanding each customer’s needs, showing empathy, and delivering outstanding service. We value a healthy work-life balance.
