They have an exciting opportunity for an Office Administrator to join our small and friendly team based in Hemel Hempstead. Whilst experience is a bonus, we are also looking for someone who has a hunger for learning and wishes to grow with us as a business.
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Contacting customers, scheduling surveys, and booking appointments.
* Liaising with our client regarding these surveys & appointments.
* Opening, closing & recording permits.
* Making up job packs.
* General ad-hoc admin duties.
* Experienced in using Microsoft Outlook, Word & Excel.
* Previous experience in the industry would be desirable but not essential, as full training and support will
* be given.
* Good communication skills and excellent time management skills.
Hours of work: 8am - 4pm, Monday to Friday.
