Personal Assistant
Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum DOE, plus 25 days annual leave + bank holidays.
5 days a week in the Soho office or at the home in Dalston.
This is a unique opportunity for a proactive and highly organised personal assistant to support a neurodiverse founder/ CEO operating within the music, events and tech industry. He has numerous years of experience in building successful, industry-leading businesses and is now seeking a conscientious individual to allow him to work efficiently and effectively.

You’ll be adaptable, discreet and thorough. Previous experience as a PA is essential and any familiarity with ADHD and beneficial ways of working would be a plus.
Responsibilities:
* Managing the office facilities, including onboarding and offboarding employees, light reception duties, overseeing food and beverage orders, key management, petty cash and health and safety.
* Collating and filing expenses, assisting with personal finances and liaising with accountants. You’ll also manage the financial recharges into each business.
* Acting as the main point of contact for property matters and dealing with contractors at the home.
* Assisting with personal and family errands such as shopping, laundry, bookings and travel.
* Restructure personal storage solutions and manage monthly backups of important documents.
* Managing personal subscriptions, insurances and access to work submissions.
* Personal and business inbox and diary management, optimising for deep work.
* Gatekeeping when required and fielding emails and requests.
* Administrative tasks such as form submissions, note taking and liaising with C suite staff and employees.
* Light marketing tasks such as updating social media, fundraising follow ups and document updates.
