Position Overview:
The firm is seeking an experienced HR Manager to play a key role in supporting and developing the firm’s workforce of 80+ employees. The successful candidate will work closely with the Practice Manager, Managing Partner, and HR Partner, driving the firm’s people strategy while ensuring a culture of inclusivity and excellence. This role is ideal for a proactive HR professional with a background in professional services, preferably within a law firm.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and offboarding.
