Your daily responsibilities:
Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with SEN needs.
Behaviour management – supporting students with challenging behaviour
Assist in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).
Help create a safe and supportive classroom environment that encourages positive behaviour and emotional well-being.
Work alongside the teachers, parents, and other professionals to develop effective strategies for students.
Provide support and guidance to students, help them to overcome challenges
What the school expects from you:
Able to commute to Oldham daily
Previous experience working with adults or young people with SEND needs is highly desirable.
