Commercial Manager (Sales and Lettings) - Braintree, Essex We are excited to partner with a leading independent estate agency firm based in Braintree, Essex, in their search for an Sales/Lettings Commercial Manager. This pivotal role will oversee both the sales and letting of commercial properties across Essex, demonstrating expertise in market trends, negotiation, and client management. Key Responsibilities: Lead sales and lettings for a diverse portfolio of commercial properties. Conduct property valuations and instruct new properties to the market. Develop and implement strategic plans to maximise property exposure and profitability. Liaise with property owners, buyers, and tenants, providing exceptional service and advice. Conduct market analysis to inform pricing strategies and rent reviews. Oversee property marketing efforts, ensuring effective online and offline campaigns. Manage lease negotiations, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards. Package: Basic £30,000 - £35,000 D.O.E Competitive OTE salary of £45,000 - £55,000 (uncapped) per annum. Commission and bonus pay Mercedes company car Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm RICS Qualification Sponsorship Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience in property sales and lettings. Strong understanding of the Essex property market. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. RICS qualification is preferred. However, for the right candidate, our client is willing to sponsor the achievement of this qualification. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
