What We're Looking For: The role will require management of an active sales pipeline as you identify, develop and secure new opportunities What You'll Do: As a Freight Forwarding Business Development Manager, your role will be at the heart of our mission to expand and optimise our Road, Air & Sea operations. You will apply your sales expertise to identify new business opportunities that align with activities. Your strong communication skills will enable you to build and manage relationships with customers at all levels, while your self-motivation, negotiation skills, and ability to work as part of a dynamic team will help us achieve our goals in a fast-paced environment. Duties and Responsibilities: Field sales experience within the Freight Forwarding sector. A hunter mentality, self-motivated individual & driven. Enjoys the interaction of a client facing experience. Has the ability to generate new leads, forms good working relationships and effectively closes deals. Proven track record sales activities. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a relentless drive to meet and exceed targets Good interpersonal & communication skills. Has a determined & results orientated attitude. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: £30,000 - £45,000/ year commission and benefits Driving License (preferred) ADZN1_UKTJ
