Leading delivery of strategic projects
Coaching and supporting line managers
Development of critical skills and driving better employee engagement
Managing a small team and also supporting the development of the wider ICS Team
Partnering internationally with our small operation in Canada
Your skills and experiences
:
Essential:
Chartered CIPD level
Experience of working as a HR Business Partner/Projects role in a large organisation
Leading on strategic influencing of senior leadership team
Experience of leadership & people management
Experience of HR project delivery
Desirable:
Experience in a Defence, Engineering organisation
Knowledge of Defence or engineering
International HR experience

The Integrated Combat Systems (ICS) HR Team:
Within the ICS HR team, you will be joining a team of 16 people and work with a broader team of
circa 90 HR professionals within our Submarines HR Function.
As a Senior HR Manager, you will be partnering with Canada and our Special Projects Team. Whilst also leading projects focused on developing leadership, culture and ways of working. You will have the opportunity to provide coaching, development & seniority for the wider team. This role will allow you to gain international partnerships and breadth of experience across the Function.
Within this role, there will be a requirement to travel around the UK to our different BAE sites and work with different stakeholders.
