The Project Support - Team Leader role
* Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and inspire a team of project coordinators and support staff, ensuring high-quality service delivery and individual development.
* Resource Allocation: Manage and allocate resources across multiple projects, balancing workloads to ensure seamless project execution.
* Project Support Oversight: Manage the creation of project documentation, such as meeting minutes, action lists, and procurement records, maintaining high standards of accuracy and consistency.
* Process Development: Create and implement procedures to standardize support services, driving efficiency and maintaining flexibility in a fast-paced environment.
* Quality Control: Set performance benchmarks, conduct regular audits, and provide constructive feedback to support continuous improvement.
* Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary contact for project support issues, ensuring proactive communication with project managers, internal teams, and external stakeholders.
The Project Support - Team Leader
* Proven leadership and people management skills, with a track record of inspiring and developing teams.
* Strong organizational and time management abilities, adept at prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
* A keen attention to detail, ensuring high-quality outputs and meticulous record-keeping.
* A proactive, solution-oriented approach, adaptable to evolving project requirements and able to handle challenges with ease.
* 3+ years of experience in a people management role, leading and developing teams (essential).
* 5+ years of administrative support experience, ideally in a project management environment.
* Experience in a service-driven environment, with a focus on client or consumer-facing service delivery.
* Construction industry experience is highly desirable.
