Description Duties and Tasks of the Finance Business Partner: Management Reporting and preparing budgets Presenting detailed monthly reports, covering income, spending, capital assessments, and variances. Work hand-in-hand with school leaders to review budgets, spot financial risks, and take proactive action. Turn data into decisions by analysing financial trends and providing insights for smarter spending. Keep leadership informed by presenting key financial updates to Local Governing Boards. Lead financial planning by managing annual budgets and crafting three-year forecasts aligned with trust policies. Streamline financial operations by collaborating with the central finance team to keep processes efficient. Keep finances audit-ready by ensuring compliance with trust policies and supporting year-end accounts and audits.
