Conference & Banqueting Manager
We are currently looking for an experienced conference & banqueting manager for an operational role within a beautiful, to lead the events and front of house team to deliver impeccable events, weddings and conferences.

Our client is one of the most exclusive 4* hotels in Berkshire boasting 92 stunning bedrooms, which have recently undergone refurbishment, they also have a beautiful, new wedding and events space surrounded by stunning grounds seating up to 500 guests.
The Person
The Conference & Banqueting Manager will have:
- Experience in managing large scale conferences & events
- Be a great communicator with experience leading a team
- Impeccable standards of service with a passion for creating memorable wedding and events
- A warm and friendly personality, with a flair for recognising and exceeding guest expectations
- Strong leader
- Experience as a hospitality manager
- Organised, well presented and with an eye for detail and live local to Wokingham with own transport
You must be able to work evenings and weekends
