This is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of the Facilities Management function at St. Edward’s Oxford.
As Head of Facilities, you will be responsible for the line management of the maintenance, technical, logistics, transport and security teams, as well as overseeing health & safety and security compliance across the School.
You will also ensure that the engineering and building services of the School are operated efficiently and effectively.
About You
You will need a relevant degree or recognised professional qualification in building services or a related discipline, or extensive relevant experience, as well as comprehensive knowledge of relevant compliance and risk management.
Effective project management skills and experience of managing budgets are essential.
You will also need experience of working on carbon emission reduction projects and schemes.
