We are now recruiting for a Valet Team Leader to join our Valet department.
You will be responsible for ensuring that the valet department achieves company targets to a consistently high standard, with key focus on quality, efficiency and collaboration within the team.
Hours of work are Monday-Wednesday, 7am-6pm and Thursday, 7am-5.30pm and the salary is £29,000 per annum + bonus.

The main duties of the role are:
* Team Engagement – Motivate and empower team to achieve objectives/KPIs and drive forward Company core values. Inspire team to incorporate solutions and improvements into their daily work. Empower team through encouraging a culture of communication.
* Liaising with the Valet Supervisor to identify and assess training and development needs.
* Daily monitoring of ERP systems.
* Support and assist team members to carry out valets if required, e.g. holiday/absence cover/busy period.
* Quality Control: Ensure correct processes are followed and the working environments are all conducive to producing a high-quality product/service.
* Escalate any production issues to ensure appropriate planning for possible corrective action.
* Control, monitor & review valet equipment i.e. Hoovers/Polishers/ Air lines to ensure these are in full working condition and escalate any issues to valet supervisor.
* Oversee the proper use and storage of chemicals within the team.
* Manage, track, and assess chemical stock levels, reporting any replenishment needs to the Valet Supervisor.
* Conduct Health and Safety checklist daily, report any potential issues to Valet Supervisor.
To be effective in this role, you will have:
* Proven valeting experience, gained through working in a similar role.
* Strong leadership abilities with a talent for motivating and engaging a team.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Full UK driving licence.
Previous experience of working with Kerridge/K8 would be advantageous but is not essential.
