QUALITY AUDITOR

Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

The Quality Auditor will play a crucial role in supporting the Quality Manager to ensure compliance with internal procedures, regulatory requirements, and external business standards.

Job Description
As Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for identifying, assessing, and mitigating business management risks while providing operational support for the OneISS programme.
A key aspect of the role is ensuring that processes and solutions delivered through OneISS are fully adopted and audited for compliance.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct weekly quality audits and report findings
* Assist the Quality Manager in managing ISO certificates and standards
* Analyse trends based on corrective actions and propose improvements
* Audit Corporate Policies & Procedures, documenting positive and negative findings
* Maintain and enhance an efficient and compliant management systems framework
* Collaborate with the compliance management team to share knowledge and standardise approaches
* Prepare electronic reports on audit results and present recommendations to management
* Provide the Quality Manager with accurate and timely monthly operational reports
* Manage risk reviews, ensuring proper identification and evaluation of risks and controls
About You
* Able to apply Quality knowledge in a way that delivers practical operational solutions
* Proven track record in the provision of practical operational Quality solutions
* Experience with the implementation and management of integrated management systems
* Broad experience and expertise of Quality Standards
* Demonstrable experience in Management Systems Standards
* Evidence of practical audit experience
* Member of the CQI/IRCA
* Good all round communication skills with employees, directors and clients
* Strong drive and resilience
