The firm has a strong track record and a diverse portfolio of corporate clients with turnovers ranging from £1m to £100m across a variety of industries, including multinational groups, household names, and VC-backed companies. Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a diverse and high-profile portfolio of audit clients, ranging from £1m to £100m in turnover.
* Work closely with Partners to help develop the audit team through mentoring, coaching, and providing guidance to staff at all levels.
* Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor on both technical and commercial issues.
* Take an active role in business development, leveraging your existing network and identifying new opportunities.
* Lead and motivate a team of qualified, part-qualified, and trainee professionals, ensuring their ongoing development.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal working practices, reviewing and identifying efficiency gains where possible.
* Play a part in the recruitment and staffing decisions for the team.
* Build a strong internal and external network, including relationships with bank managers, solicitors, and other key stakeholders.
* Be involved in internal compliance procedures, ensuring high-quality standards across all audit work.

About You:
* ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualification with significant audit experience.
* A strong network of contacts in the business community, with a passion for business development and client relationship management.
* Proven leadership abilities with experience in mentoring and coaching junior staff.

* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
