The Role The person does not require sales experience. However, enthusiasm, attention to detail (yes, the detail matters), and willingness to learn are a must The role is full-time and based in our Bromley office. The right candidate will be a positive, resilient team player and have experience which includes the following tasks: Managing and owning the order management of assigned Customers to ensure that orders are shipped on time and in full, including preparing and collating all shipping paperwork. Dealing with enquiries over email and by telephone. Being able to answer calls and relay information Processing orders using our systems. Using our enterprise system (CIN7) to process and report on order status Keep track of the Order progression from start to end, including receiving the purchase order, processing it with our warehouse and invoicing our customers Transport queries and advising of delivery lead times Working closely with our warehouse team Working within a variety of teams, including sales, accounts and marketing Must be driven to own and solve customer problems with a “can do” attitude and be available to carry out ad hoc tasks that you would expect from a close team that helps each other succeed.
