Public Areas
Our public
areas team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort make it their number one priority
to deliver an outstanding, lasting impression to all guests visiting the
Resort. They consistently achieve our high standards in the public areas and
have excellent attention to detail and pride in what they achieve.
About the role
As part of the Public Area team you
will be responsible for providing that WOW experience for the guest as they walk
through the public areas within the resort. With a keen eye for detail you will
be able to work under your own steam and deliver an outstanding experience to
our guests.
You will also be responsible for:
* Ensuring the highest level of cleaning standards are achieved
* Carrying out any additional deep clean or daily cleaning
* Liaising closely with the Housekeeping Manager & Supervisor on
a daily basis
* Having pride and commitment in your area of work
About you
Experience in a cleaning role is preferred and the ideal candidate will
be hard working, a team player, positive, enthusiastic and organised.
In addition to this you will:

approach to work and shift patterns
* Be standards driven
and able to deliver
* Have exemplary
attention to detail
* Be able to deal with
guest enquiries in a friendly manner as you will be the face of the
housekeeping team around the resort
