Job Description
Denham in the Shark Bay World Heritage Area is home to world-class natural attractions including Francois Peron National Park, Dirk Hartog Island National Park, the Shark Bay Marine Park and the proposed Edel Land National Park.
We are currently seeking a Clerical Officer to join our team. Under the immediate supervision of the Finance and Administration Coordinator, you will:
* Provide clerical support for the Gascoyne District office.
* Provide front counter visitor information and telephone reception services for the Denham office.
* Assist the Administration team with the provision of administrative, financial and secretarial support.
Selection Criteria
Applicants should address the following three (3) criteria. These should be addressed in no more than three (3) pages in total:
* Experience in dealing with internal and external enquiries with a customer service focus.
* Knowledge of office procedures and administration including demonstrated competency in the use of computer databases, spreadsheets and word processing software.
* Ability to undertake records management and general clerical duties, including the processing of financial documents.
