Collaborate with internal teams to relay client feedback and support product development. Conduct regular check-ins and performance reviews to ensure client success and retention. Track and report on sales performance, forecasting, and market trends. Requirements Requirements: Proven experience as an Account Manager or Business Development Manager in the SaaS industry.
