* Intrapartum Settings (Labour Ward and Birth Centre)
* Specialist Teams (catering to vulnerable women and high risk pregnancies)

Main duties of the job
* To work as a prime care provider in all aspects of midwifery care. Providing continuity of midwifery care within a continuity of care team.
* To work flexibly within the team to provide 24 hour cover for antenatal/postnatal wards, labour ward, Birth centre and community on a rotational basis. This will require internal rotation between areas and day/night duty.
