The role:
1. Supporting Partners and Managers with admin for the Section Portfolios.
2. Ensuring the smooth running of the office.
3. Uploading final accounts.
4. Managing client queries relating to uploading, letters, fees.
5. Corporation Tax Reminders
6. Pre-year-end letters
7. Support with Confirmation Statements.
8. Maintaining client database
9. Setting up new clients
10. Ad hoc duties, stationary ordering etc.

3. Positive 'can do’ attitude, with good initiative to support continuous improvement.
4. Understanding of the value of the support given to team members working to chargeable time.
5. Competent literacy & numeracy skills. Proficient with Office 365 and good typing skills.

8. Capable of using own initiative
9. Ability to prioritise and work calmly under pressure to manage efficiently a busy workload
