A leading IT Consultancy is looking to recruit Customer service team lead to support a key end client. This is a fully remote position, but you will need to complete a 2-week training course at the end client based in London (Stratford)
As team leader you will need to;
* Performance Metrics - Lead team to deliver against key goals and performance metrics
* Regular Check-ins to provide support and gather feedback
* Work-flow allocation
* Integrate into Management team

* Handle in-bound and out-bound calls, responding to customer complaints
* Updating customer information in the company database
* Providing information about new and existing products and services
