Communicate with customers and stakeholders via phone, email, and written correspondence. Manage and resolve complaints and escalations with a proactive approach. Collaborate with team members to distribute caseloads evenly and maintain exceptional service. Maintain accurate records and complete all required data fields using our Proclaim system. Stay on top of changes in claims legislation and share knowledge with your team. Represent our company values—Passion, Integrity, Innovation, Excellence—in everything you do. Key Skills: Prior experience in claims handling is essential. Strong understanding of claims processes, escalation protocols, and customer service best practices. Exceptional communication, organisation, and problem-solving skills. Comfortable using IT systems and interpreting management information to drive performance. A positive, can-do attitude and the ability to make complex things simple. A team-first mentality with the drive to go the extra mile for colleagues and customers.
