The Marketing department plays a central role in a variety of exciting and important projects at the club, working collaboratively with multiple departments on a daily basis to help achieve shared goals. For the club to continue to be competitive on the pitch, the commercial department must also take strides off the pitch to compete. Therefore, the marketing department is seeking to expand the team with a dedicated Commercial Marketing Manager to help drive forward several key commercial revenue streams for the club. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Commercial Marketing Manager to help drive the Club forward in this exciting time. You will play a key role in helping to realise the potential of some exciting changes that the club has recently undertaken.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Management of fully integrated marketing campaigns for all club commercial products and services such as (but not limited to) Hospitality/Premium, Ticketing, Retail, Memberships, non-matchday events & tours.
* Day-to-day management of the club's cross-channel marketing calendar for owned, operated and paid channels.
* Manage our website and app advertising inventory.
* Hold key relationships with commercial product functions within the business such as Hospitality, Ticketing, Retail, Partnerships and our non-matchday event partners.
* Work closely with the club's internal design team to ensure all campaign creative is thumb-stopping and captures attention.
* Work with the content team to ensure we are creating engaging content driving clear call-to-actions to our commercial products.
* Produce a regular cadence of marketing reports to the Marketing Director and club's Senior Leadership Team, as well as driving actionable insights from key performance metrics.
Skills, Experience and Knowledge:
* Experience working in a multi-faceted product marketing role, ideally in sport / football.
* Proven experience in driving growth through audience size and revenue through B2B and B2C marketing campaigns.
* Experience in different marketing tools and products, including but not limited to Meta Business Suite and Google Analytics.
* Highly organised with strong attention-to-detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* The ability to communicate ideas and strategies effectively in a concise manner.
* Experience of working with different Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Customer Data Platform (CDP) and Content Management System (CMS) tools.
* Experience in developing reports from different analytics tools.
* The role will require you to work flexible hours as the Club requires, which may include some matchday working evenings and weekends, and other stadium events.
