Sodexo are currently looking for Chefs to join our casual hospitality team at Hampden Park on matchdays to deliver a world class guest experience second to none, we are looking for passionate, enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team.

This role is on a casual basis working at Hampden Park on match days, events, prep days and other requirements in the business calendar. You would not only be joining the team to work at Hampden Park you would have the opportunity to work at our other venues such as Hamilton Park Racecourse, Perth Races, Musselburgh and many more within the portfolio.
Main Responsibilities
* Preparation and cooking of food
* Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy
* Health and safety regulations, ensuring they are followed at all times
* Delivering a world class customer experience to our customers and staff
* Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for prep days, match days and functions
* To organise and assist in the preparation and presentation of all food service at the required time, and as laid down in the Service Level Agreement, and the clients, customers and Sodexo's satisfaction.
* To ensure that all food prepared with due care and attention, particularly in relation to customer's special dietary requirements, for example nut, dairy or wheat allergies.
* To ensure that the company's legal and mandatory documentation is completed.
The Ideal Candidate
* Experience, ideally in a high end volume catering related environment
* Good customer service and communication skills
* Demonstrative ability to work in a team
* Show the ability to follow instructions and also use own initiative
* Basic Food Hygiene and Basic Health and Safety certificates are advantageous but not essential
