Your primary focus is on driving lead generation into the EMEA portfolio, which involves account management of a portfolio of agents and accounts. In addition, you are tasked with driving market share by identifying and capitalising on opportunities to increase sales across multiple properties. To achieve your objectives, you'll be work as a 'sales companion' for the on-property sales community. This involves providing guidance and support to the sales team, sharing best practices, and helping them close deals. Partnerships form a key element of this role and youll Plug into our matrix of existing Aimbridge colleagues, brand partners and internal hotel stakeholders to gain maximum exposure and benefit from brand managed accounts and brand commercial programmes and initiatives. Encouraging influence within the commercial environment at all levels. What do we need from you? Extensive Sales Experience: For this role, it's essential that you have prior sales experience within hospitality industry, preferably in a large cluster or above property role. Youll be familiar with the sales process, including identifying leads, creating proposals, and closing deals. Youll be comfortable negotiating contracts, With strong understanding of the Corporate, TMC and MICE / Agency segments. Communication Skills: As the face of a region of diverse hotels you should have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and able to articulate our hotel's value proposition clearly and confidently to potential clients. We're looking for someone who can build create relationships, build rapport with clients and develop longstanding relationships with them. When it comes to internal connections, youll look to utilise our comprehensive list of internal stakeholders to help leverage deals and create opportunities An established network of influence: This role will see you working with brands and partners, whilst participating actively in the development and nurturing of networks and relationships internally and externally to support success across the region and representing the organisation at trade shows and events An action orientated self-starter: This role offers a range of existing leads and opportunities, but youll need to be a driven self-starter who can look at the bigger picture to spot key opportunities that will help you leverage deals with new and existing stakeholders for multiple hotels and geographical locations An influencer who instils trust whilst this role has no direct reports, youll need to be a keen influencer of people, able to spot new opportunities within existing and new business and client groups and coaching those around you.
