Your new companyAn established and successful business in Barnsley, looking for another customer service/claims handling person to join a team of 3 on a temporary to permanent basis.

This role is a mix of administration and customer service, co-coordination of project managers, dealing with sometimes vulnerable customers, prioritisation, accurate data entry and much more.
This is not a call centre, you will be working alongside insurance companies, contractors and policyholders, to arrange authorised work to be carried out on the land of domestic properties.
Duties:-
* Managing claims from cradle to grave
* Following strict procedures and delivering first-class customer service
* Building relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
* Promote honest feedback and actively improve procedures
This role will require experience in a fast-paced customer service environment.
You will have a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine desire to develop your career.
What you'll need to succeed
Customer service and administration experience (ideally you will have used a customer relationship management system).
You must have a keen eye for detail and work accurately at pace.
