Are you an experienced HR professional looking for your next challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a People Business Partner to join our highly reputable organisation headquartered in Harwich, Essex and offering hybrid working.
In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping HR processes, driving internal improvements, and supporting key HR initiatives to align with the business's strategic objectives. You'll work closely with leadership teams as a partner to the business, acting as a trusted advisor across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coaching and partnering with managers on performance management and employee development goals
- Partnering with various departments to ensure people practices support delivery of the organisational strategic objectives
- Providing expert advice on complex employee relations matters
- Leading and delivering process improvement projects across the People Services function
Supporting delivery of change initiatives
What We're Looking For:
- CIPD Level 7 or equivalent demonstrable qualification/experience
- Strong generalist HR experience with a proven track record in senior-level HR support
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders
- Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and best practice
- Demonstrated experience in change and process improvement
