Commercial Technical Manager – Yorkshire
As a member of a highly motivated Sales Team, and in close collaboration with other functions, you will set the standard in the delivery of technical and commercial support to all key influencers in your area. Your role will be pivotal in the continuation of our market share growth and meeting challenging sales objectives. To be successful, you will require drive, commitment, and initiative. You will need to understand customer needs and challenges and work within your team to link them to sales offerings and demand generation. You will provide technical sales support to distributors, consultants, processors, purchasing groups and farmers, as well as organise trials demonstrations and provide proactive product stewardship.

Successful candidates would need to demonstrate:
1. An understanding of the Crop Production Industry (Crop Protection, Seeds, and Digital farming tools)
2. An aptitude for selling, with strong influencing and interpersonal skills
3. Experience working with/for an Agricultural Purchasing Group
4. To be BASIS qualified (Crop Protection)
5. FACTS is advantageous but not a prerequisite
