Description
* Ownership of month end, providing insights into performance, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting and analysis.
* Maintain and improve financial systems to ensure efficiency and data integrity, driving strategic decision-making by automation and improving reports from Oracle.
* Providing world-class leadership whilst mentoring and developing a high-performing team.
* Assist with year-end and liaising with the auditors.
* Develop and implement financial policies and procedures.
* Provide financial advice and support to other departments within the organisation.
* Perform ad-hoc financial projects as required.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* Professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
* Strong knowledge of financial systems and databases, ideally Oracle.
* Strong Excel skills.
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
