HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?
As Jaeger-LeCoultre Sales Associate, you will play a key role representing the Maison, building trustful relationships with clients, and achieving Sales Targets. Your main focus will be providing the best possible Clienteling experience, generating sales and client satisfaction, while maintaining proper boutique operations as per company standards.
Key responsibilities:
* Achieve and exceed personal targets (quantitative and qualitative)
* Support Boutique team to achieve and exceed sales objectives
* Ensure high levels of client satisfaction through excellent sales and after sales service skills.
Clienteling & CRM
* Act as a role model, nurturing relationships with clients to generate sales leads.
* Build Client strategy per client typology.
* Network within Selfridges environment to create sales opportunities.
Operations
* Carry out administrative tasks such as clients’ follow up, general inquiries, and handle clients complaints.
* Follow internal procedures and corporate guidelines related to daily operations.
* Control inventory quality, maintaining exceptional selling conditions.
Retail and Service Excellence
* Anticipate clients’ specific needs.
* Represent the Brand inside and outside the Boutique.
* Ensure impeccable grooming standards according to guidelines.
* Manage complaints and proactively follow up on the repair process.
HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
* Competence in MS Office package (especially Excel) - Knowledge of SAP would be a plus.
* Passionate, pro-active, enthusiastic, agile learner.
* Excellent organisational skills.
* Detail-oriented focus in your approach to work.
