This is your chance to shine in a supportive environment where your contributions will make a real impact!\n\nWhy join our client's team?\n\n🌟Salary: £28000- £29000\n\n🌟 Hours: Monday - Thursday 8:30am - 5pm, Friday 08:30am -4pm\n\n🌟 Permanent, full-time position\n\n🌟 Convenient location with great public transport links or FREE parking\n\n🌟 22 days holiday plus bank holidays and an additional day off for your birthday\n\n🌟 Opportunities for professional development and career growth\n\nWhat You'll Do:\n\nAccurately process roughly 400 monthly supplier invoices.\nInvoice management.\nProcess Supplier payments.\nReconcile supplier statements and resolve any discrepancies efficiently.\nBank and credit card reconciliations\nConduct credit checks on new customers, setting appropriate credit limits.\nChase overdue invoices through phone, email, and letters.\nNegotiate payment plans and terms as needed to support our clients.\nAssist with financial reports and Month end\nProvide support to the Head of Finance with various ad-hoc tasks and projects.\nEnsure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.\nConduct bank and credit card reconciliations accurately.\n What We're Looking For:\n\nProven experience in purchase ledger and credit control roles is essential.\nAAT level 2\nAn eagle eye for detail and accuracy in all your tasks.\nProficiency in accounting software (Sage 50) and Microsoft Office, especially Excel.\nKnowledge of financial regulations and best practises.Apply now and embark on an exciting career as a Purchase Ledger and Credit Controller within a small friendly team.
