Job Description Property Manager - Hull - £24,000 - £26,000 No weekends in the office A sociable team to work with A business that is part of a much larger Property Group meaning progression opportunities are available This is a superb Lettings and Property Management firm based in Hull, who are part of a larger property group They have experienced amazing growth over the last two years and now need a new Property Manager to assist with managing the growing portfolio of managed lets Your main responsibility is to manage and improve the Lettings Portfolio. What's in it for you Up to £26,000 annual salary 20 days annual leave plus bank holidays Increasing by 1 day for every year’s service Membership of the Firm’s Pension Plan Monday to Friday 08:30am to 5:00pm No Weekends Apart from call out Rota Excellent career progression Great working environment Regular office socials What you will be doing Complete check-ins and check outs to the company standard Carry out periodic inspections Close communication with landlords and tenants as and when required Log all works required following check-outs and any required administration Deposit correspondence between all parties and the releasing of deposits Compose landlord inspection letters following visits Visit new managements to check for works required, compile the inventory Prepare all legal notices including Section 21’s and Section 8’s Completing licensing applications and renewals Carry out emergency property visits when required Out of hours on call rota Represent the company to a high standard of personal conduct on all appointments, whilst driving, through all methods of communication etc. Increase the standards of the property portfolio What you will have Have previous Property Management or Lettings experience Possess superb organisational and communication skills Have the ability to prioritise a busy and demanding workload and to stay calm under pressure Have a full driving licence and access to a car
