Duties will include administrative tasks involved with staff records, including managing all departmental active documentation across multiple sites, operational and business reporting, Key Performance Indicator (KPI), ensuring staff records are consistently maintained in accordance with Trust Policy, to include timesheets, absence, appraisals, training and meeting records.ordering goods and consumables, and completion of vehicle audits and other assets used within the team.You will also be required to carry out local induction and training programmes for Portering/Courier Supervisors / staff as necessary.
