However, this is not a prerequisite to be considered and the business is very happy to have long term administrators. Overview of the role is detailed below: Client correspondence, written and verbal Processing New Business Chasing providers/insurers Preparation of client review packs Arranging client meetings and managing the Adviser’s diary. Illustration requests Good working knowledge of IO/Intelligent Office Ensure that all financial planning client administration is carried out Maintain client records on the company software and ensure the client files are well presented, accurate and compliant. Taking phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them where appropriate. Back-office support.
