Job summary
Opened in 2006, Northumberland Supported Living Service (Sea Lodge) is a CQC registered service, currently rated as Good, which provides nurse led support to two adults with learning disabilities and complex needs. Service users have secured tenancy agreements and live in a large, adapted bungalow within its own groundswith breathtaking viewsoverlookinga private beachon theNorthumberlandcoastline.
We are looking foracaring, self-motivatedRegistered Nurseto join ourpositive and cohesiveteam at Sea must have strong clinical judgement skills and the ability to lead and support a staff team to provide individualised, person centred support to service users to enable them to live a fulfilled life, whilst ensuring risks are managed.
Main duties of the job
Candidates should have experience with challenging behaviours and be able to work both on their own initiative andwithina team.Experience of leadership and supervision of staff would be beneficial.
