Liverpool City Council has implemented a new Neighbourhood Model to fundamentally transform how it delivers frontline services for the people of the city. The new model sees the city divided into 13 Neighbourhoods, each led by a Neighbourhood Manager who will be working in one of these areas. As the Neighbourhood Officer you will play a key role in supporting the Neighbourhood Managers to coordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams focused on improving local outcomes and resident satisfaction across Neighbourhood areas. This is an exciting opportunity to help drive transformative change as part of the biggest shake-up in how Council services are provided and commissioned in over a decade.
