Troi Search specialise in tech recruitment, in a traditional agency model, across core verticals in the UK, Ireland & Europe and are the newest entity of the Troi Group. Okay You’ve got this far - so what are we actually looking for? We’re looking to give a 360 Technical recruiter who's based in Belfast, with 1 or 2 years experience, a home to strut their stuff in a non-corporate, future thinking tech agency. No ridiculous KPI’s - it’s about results, simple to understand commission structure and the trust, autonomy and security you need to be able to do your job. We’re looking for someone confident enough to get stuck into business development, knowledgeable and personable enough to leverage existing relationships but is also capable and humble enough to deliver and execute on the business they generate (the 4 words in italics are our core values see what we did there). Confidence - You’ve racked up a year or two of Tech Recruitment experience in the Irish market. You’ve confidently picked up new business and delivered on roles within the tech space. You can demonstrate this by talking confidently about what and how you’ve delivered with our director in an interview. You're confident enough to tell us where you could do with some help, we’re just as interested in what you haven’t done as well as what you have. Knowledgeable - At a base level, you know your front end from your back end, you know that testing tools can be named after vegetables, you know the difference between React and React Native. You're knowledgeable enough to influence your clients and we do a lot of that here. Capable - You’ve posted good billing results over the last year or two and you aren’t shy to speak about your results. You know how recruitment works but recognise you have more to learn and are hungry to learn. You have an appetite to join a well back entity that is breaking into a new market. Humble - No two ways about it, this is agency recruitment. We want you to be a competitive person, we want you to want to be number 1.
