You will assist in providing tailored support and help create an inclusive learning environment. Responsibilities: Assist in developing and implementing Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for students with special educational needs. Collaborate with the SENCO and subject teachers to adapt materials and teaching methods to meet students' needs. Provide one-to-one support to students, focusing on their social, emotional, and academic development. Facilitate small group activities and interventions as directed by teaching staff. Monitor and record students' progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents. Help manage classroom behaviour, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all students. Skills & Qualifications: Experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably within an SEN setting. Understanding of the challenges faced by students with special educational needs. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently. A compassionate and patient approach to supporting learning.
