About the Role:
A leading international law firm is seeking a skilled and experienced Property Asset Management Legal Delivery Manager to oversee the delivery of legal services within their Property Asset Management team. This pivotal role is ideal for a Senior Paralegal with management experience or a qualified solicitor seeking to transition into a non-fee-earning position.
The successful candidate will combine strong technical expertise in asset management with proven leadership skills, ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality legal work while managing a team of paralegals and legal professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead, manage, and develop a team of legal professionals, including conducting appraisals, mentoring, and overseeing professional development.
* Act as the technical point of contact for complex property asset management matters, providing guidance and ensuring compliance with legal and firm standards.
* Coordinate the delivery of legal work across the team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to client deadlines and expectations.
* Support the implementation of process improvements and innovative legal delivery solutions to enhance team productivity and service quality.
* Collaborate with the wider Property team and other departments to ensure alignment with the firm’s strategic goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, demonstrating an understanding of their business needs and delivering exceptional service.
* Provide input into resource planning and recruitment to ensure the team remains well-positioned to meet demand.
Key Skills and Experience:
* A qualified solicitor or experienced Senior Paralegal with significant expertise in property asset management.
* Previous line management or team leadership experience, with a strong track record of motivating and developing staff.
* Excellent technical knowledge of property law, particularly asset management processes such as lease renewals, licences, and variations.
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.
* Client-focused approach with excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
* An aptitude for driving efficiency and innovation within legal service delivery.
