Regional Account Manager (Dorset & Hampshire) Job Location: Dorset & Hampshire Job Type: Permanent Salary: £33,000 basic salary uncapped commission (around £55,000 OTE) yearly bonus Hours: 37.5 hours per week - 9am – 5:30pm Monday – Friday Benefits: 27 days holiday bank holidays (35 days holiday) Laptop, Phone and iPad provided Company car provided Health & Wellbeing programme Regular team activities and events 24/7 online health – access to GP appointments and prescriptions Death in service benefit We are working with a well-established UK manufacturer who work in partnership with major holiday parks across the UK and are looking for an outgoing Regional Account Manager to look after the Dorset and Hampshire areas. This company have been supplying holiday parks with stylish products that enhance both aesthetics and functionality for over 25 years. As the manufacturer, you will be out visiting sites 5 days a week dealing with their sales teams and helping with enquiries by providing quotations / answering enquiries. This exciting role will require someone who has a positive attitude, proactive approach and ability to identify new opportunities to keep the company going forward. Reporting to the Head of Sales, your duties will include; Looking after your existing customers by visiting them every week, maintaining relationships, providing quotations and ensuring an excellent service. Answering new and existing customer enquiries and following them up. Establishing the business to be the first-choice supplier for all holiday parks. Proactively seeking growth opportunities with additional holiday parks in the Dorset & Hampshire areas. Updating the Sales Director on progress and updates with customers Liaising with the office team in Poole. Logging all data and progress on the system following communications and insulation updates. The successful applicant will possess: Previous experience in a field-based sales / account management position A positive, proactive attitude Excellent customer service skills with the natural ability to spark conversation and build relationships The ability to manage your own time and plan your weeks efficiently and effectively Ability to actively listen and advocate solutions Proficiency with Microsoft Office A full UK driving licence This is a brilliant opportunity to be a part of a close-knit team who all share the same passion in driving the business forward.
