We are recruiting for an Administrator to work on contract for a leading IT Service Provider based in their offices in Hatfield.
Scheduler Responsibilities:
- Able to multitask and prioritise workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office - particularly Outlook and basic Excel skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good Interpersonal skills - able to build rapport with immediate teams but likewise able to pick up the phone to Engineers/Resource Managers
- Someone who is proactive and also able to deal with the demands of a busy role at times
- Element of problem solving skills
- Able to learn new systems - iRequest and SAP
