About the Role: Deliver engaging and challenging Maths lessons across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, following relevant examination specifications. Plan and prepare high-quality lessons that cater to a variety of learning styles and abilities, ensuring all students are challenged and supported. Utilize a range of teaching methods and resources, including mathematical software, problem-solving activities, and real-world applications, to enhance student learning. Assess student progress, provide constructive feedback, and support individual learning journeys. Prepare students for GCSE and A-Level Maths and Further Maths examinations, ensuring they have a strong understanding of assessment criteria. Contribute to the development of the Maths curriculum and resources, integrating advanced mathematical concepts and technology. Foster a love of mathematics in students, encouraging them to develop their analytical and problem-solving skills. Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a cohesive and supportive learning environment. Contribute to extracurricular activities and enrichment programs related to mathematics and STEM. Ideal Candidate: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent. Strong subject knowledge in Mathematics, including advanced topics. Demonstrated ability to teach across Key Stages 3, 4, and 5, including Further Maths. Experience in preparing students for GCSE and A-Level Maths and Further Maths examinations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and mathematical skills. Ability to inspire and motivate high-achieving female students.
