They must have a strong electrical background, good knowledge of HVAC systems and general maintenance tasks. The candidate must also have experience in managing reactive workloads as per SLA and carrying out planned preventative maintenance.\n\nMain duties of this role include:\n\nElectrical maintenance and installation work.\nBuilding Management and Lighting Control Systems.\nHVAC systems with respect to servicing and fault finding.\nFire Alarm/Life Safety Systems.\nCCTV and access control.\nTemporary Power Supplies.\nStandby generation plant.\nPump maintenance and associated systems.\n\nThe successful candidates will deliver Temporary Power Installations to both BS7671 and BS7909 to facilitate the wide range of events from Exhibition Mains Services to Arena and conference set ups.\n\nWe highly value the behaviours, attitudes and skills which will help you to develop and excel in this role.
