* 120,000-$140,000 AUD + Super DOE (Negotiable to go up for good experience)

A high profile 32m private expedition yacht is on the search for a sole chef to join their adventurous program.
The yacht is run with a full-time crew of 5 / 6, and the chef will cater for both guests and crew.
The yacht has a terrific reputation, with personable, friendly, and accommodating owners and a fun, adventurous, professional crew dynamic.
The owner flies in/out to various locations with good downtime in-between for R & R and re-provisioning. The crew will also be able to take a break mid-Kimberley season where the yacht will fly the chef home for 2 weeks of downtime.
Vessel movement plans over the next 12 months:
* Darwin trip Mid-May
* Kimberley (Full season)
* September to Feb (East Coast, Cairns to Melbourne)
The Chef
The ideal candidate is a good chef with experience, a happy team player who can prepare fresh, healthy food. A fit and fun candidate is preferred. The owner loves seafood, and one of his sons is allergic to sesame products and most nuts, so the chef must be able to run a galley without these ingredients while he is onboard.
The chef must be well organized, able to provision accurately for longer trips, and maintain a clean workstation and organized stores. A generally diverse culinary range is required, with good influence over menu selection to suit the owner's tastes.

1 set of return flights home
The chef must have working rights for Australia / NZ.
