WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR …
The Celtic Collection is seeking a Social Media Manager to lead our social media strategy and execution. This role will oversee the development and implementation of innovative campaigns that enhance brand awareness, drive engagement, and support commercial objectives. The Social Media Manager will also lead and mentor a team consisting of a Social Media Executive and Social Media Assistant.
This role contributes to The Celtic Collection goals and values by visibly managing the smooth running of the social media team within the marketing department, supporting the Group Marketing Director and Head of Marketing to ensure effective delivery of The Celtic Collection’s marketing strategies.
WHAT YOU’LL DO …
1. Assist Head of Marketing to oversee the Resort’s digital strategy with the Ecommerce Marketing Manager and ensure all facilities and events within the Celtic Collection are promoted.
2. Conduct research for various marketing and digital trends and competitor activity, presenting creative ideas to the team.
3. Assist the PR Manager in generating media, coordinating and supporting media and ambassador/influencer visits including making bookings and creating itineraries, maintaining relationships with key contributors.
4. Attend resort internal meetings and update other departments on forthcoming activity, developing communications with all teams.
5. Assist with the organisation and content creation at Celtic Collection events, working flexible hours including evenings and weekends.
6. Carry out various general marketing duties as required.
7. Maintain cleanliness and presentation within your working environment in accordance with set standards.
8. Provide analysis and reporting for all marketing activities including all digital strategies, measuring all activity to ensure required results are achieved.
9. Generate ideas and creative copy to develop written text across a range of marketing materials including promotional brochures, letters, adverts, presentations, and event marketing requirements.
10. Assist in the effective management of any agencies and third parties, ensuring all appointed agencies work effectively and maximize return on investment.
11. Perform additional administrative duties including answering incoming telephone calls, making reservations, and other administrative tasks.
