Payroll Assistant
Monday – Thursday 8.30-5pm Friday 9-5pm – 1hr for lunch

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. All aspects of weekly payroll for 6 companies
2. Auto Enrolment for all companies (Weekly and Monthly)
3. Maintain holiday records for all companies
4. Maintain all weekly personal records for all companies
5. To use the company Intranet (SharePoint 2013) as the primary document management system.
6. Adherence to the John F Hunt Integrated Management Systems including Health and Safety, Environmental and Quality and all associated policies, standards, procedures and records.
7. Ad hoc duties as the job requires.
DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
1. Experience within Payroll/HR
2. Well organised and able to prioritise tasks
3. Ability to work to strict deadlines with great attention to detail
4. Confident self-starter with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
5. Proficient with Microsoft packages (Excel and Outlook)
6. Experience of working in a team and on own initiative with minimum supervision
