The Casework Team delivers help services including advice, information, and support for people in horticulture, providing generalist advice across social care, health, benefits, housing, and employment.
Key skills and experience:
* Comprehensive holistic assessments across health, wellbeing, self-care, housing, money, family, relationships, safety, and crime.
* Measuring the impact of interventions.
* Delivering advice on employment, money confidence, housing, social care, benefits, and health systems.
* Telephone helpline or advice service experience.
* Scrutinising complex information for concise reports, case records, and correspondence.
* Excellent communication, discretion, and cultural sensitivity.
* Interpersonal skills, active listening, and questioning to inform case management plans.
* Interaction and networking with colleagues, partners, and service users.
* Flexible working across geographical regions.
