Salary: Full time basic salary £35-40,000 (dependent on experience) per annum plus performance-related bonus

Job Overview
With a growing team of passionate communicators, we combine deep nutrition knowledge with creativity and strategic thinking. We’re now looking for a proactive and driven Account Manager to join our team and help deliver brilliant work for our clients. As Account Manager, you will be the day-to-day lead across a portfolio of health, nutrition, and wellness clients. You’ll play a central role in managing projects, coordinating with clients and teams, and ensuring everything runs smoothly, on time, and to a high standard. You’ll be the glue between strategy, creativity, and delivery — and a key player in building strong, trusted client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Account & Relationship Management:
· Client Liaison: Owns the day-to-day contact for medium-sized client accounts, ensuring professional and timely communication and understanding of client goals.
· Client Relationship Development: Build and nurture relationships with key client stakeholders, offering insights and strategic advice.
· Client Satisfaction: Ensure exceptional client service by proactively addressing client needs, feedback, and issues to enhance satisfaction.
Campaign Development & Execution:
· Campaign Planning: Work with the Client Services team and clients to develop strategic communications plans, including media relations, content creation, and digital strategies.
· Project Management: Leads projects from start to finish with minimal oversight, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.
· Creative Collaboration: Work alongside internal teams (creative, content, media relations) to produce compelling and impactful content.
Reporting & Analysis:
· Performance Tracking: Oversee campaign performance and provide clients with detailed reports, including key performance indicators.
· Client Reporting: Regularly update clients on campaign progress, performance, and any opportunities for optimisation. Assist client services team with client presentations and reports as needed.
· Client Records: Maintain and update internal client records.
Team Collaboration & Support:
· Team Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the smooth execution of campaigns, offering guidance and support where needed.
· Line Management: Line manages and/or offers guidance and mentorship to junior team members, helping them develop their skills and improve client delivery.
· Meetings and administration: Lead regular client meetings, prepare agendas, and take detailed minutes as required.
Skills & Experience Required:
Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in client services roles, working as a senior account executive/account manager, ideally within the communications or marketing sector, with a focus on nutrition, health, or wellness.
Qualifications: A bachelor's degree (BSc or higher) in a relevant science field, such as Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related discipline, is required to ensure a strong understanding of the industry and provide expert insights for health-related campaigns.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills: the ability to create clear, concise, and compelling messaging for different audiences.
Proven project management skills: able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and ensure timely delivery.
Critical thinker: Ability to think strategically and creatively to solve client challenges and achieve business goals.
Strong leadership skills: The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, with the ability to guide and inspire junior team members, take ownership of projects, and confidently lead both internal teams and client interactions.
Digital proficiency: Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Asana, Clockify), CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot), Office 365 and social media/digital analytics platforms.
